Curse Breaker | Master

Master | Curse Breaker

He heard beads click together on the bracelet Nolo always wore. Each bead held a meaning and a memory. Even blindfolded he could feel it and the carved stones that comprised that damned bracelet. Part of his mind identified the beads before he could stop it; ten agate, three jasper and one green lumir bead comprised the bracelet. Nolo had chosen it because the lumir stone glowed the same hue as Sarn’s eyes.

Stone on bracelet glows,
whispers in language unknown–
Requests unfulfilled.
His mind is lost in the din
of magic’s insanity.

Sarn tried to ignore the cylinder of lumir, the largest bead on the bracelet, but that luminous stone had a connection to him. It called to him asking without words for something that made the magic inside him snap to attention. Fantastic, now rocks wanted things from him. Could the night get any weirder?

    1. I think I have the beads and could make a replica…I will have to check in storage. I used to make jewelry for and with my sister. Yes I missed him too. I didn’t get to work on his story much this week due to work and the Quest posts. I’m so close to finishing book 1 also. Book 2 is 90% done. I could have them out back to back if I worked or slept less… sigh.
