Money stacks tower,
casting shadows that lengthen–
extend my power.

Will you be happy,
to sleep in bed of millions,
locked up, all alone?

    1. this is so true. A guy once broke up with me because and I quote, I wasn’t “first lady material.” He had aspirations of becoming president and an image to uphold.
