I am passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Before even entering the kitchen, I work out all my recipes in MyFitnessPal‘s recipe calculator to ensure that it has healthy carbs (about 40-50 grams per serving), 30 grams protein per serving and as much flavor and veggies (or fruits) as I can pack in them and stick to my 400 calorie target. Most of the time the end result is not only healthy and edible but delicious too!
