I love it, but I have a question (probably because I came across yours and Rosema’s on my reader just the other day): How does this collaboration work. Are both the above senrys yours? Will she add to it? Or did you write one, and she write the other? If so, is the first hers, and the second yours (the second reads like yours).
how did you guess? Yes the second one is mine on both Water and Earth. We went back and forth adding our senryus via a shared Google doc. It was so much! Then we chatted over Googele’s hangouts to decide on pictures, timing of posts and intros, etc. I was honored that Rosema asked me to co-write this with her. 🙂

Thank you! I never thought anyone would want to do a collaboration with me. I guess I’m still that kid that was never chosen for a team, a project, a partner, etc… I’m the third wheel, the one who’s always left out. So when folks team up in the blogosphere, I figure they won’t choose me because they have in the past. I was so shocked by Rosema’s kind invitation; I am still smiling over it. It’s the first time anyone ever chose me for anything.
I’m sorry that you were that kid who wasn’t chosen … it is entirely their loss.
Rose is sweet and loving, and has good taste, and so do you!

Actually we just did the 4 elements: earth, water, wind and fire. We didn’t tackle the 5th element by itself. We forgot about that one.
