Are there cats in our code?

Sorry we’ve been so silent. The cast might have gone a little crazy with Daz, and they might have overloaded our poor scribe’s super PC. And it might have started showing bizarre errors like ‘scratch disks are full.’   I didn’t know PCs had scratch disks. Now I want to know who’s using them. Digital cats? Are there cats hiding in our code? 0_o   (This is Ran, by the way, and I want to take this moment to say it wasn’t me! I’m a good boy, but you knew that.)   So our scribe is now trying to fix … Continue reading Are there cats in our code?

Happy Easter

Happy Easter everyone! If you have a moment today, maybe you could give me a hand. You see, I was so excited about the Easter egg hunt Papa had planned that I misplaced something really important. Now, I’m not supposed to know there’s going to be an Easter egg hunt, but you know how kids are. They talk and I listen. I can’t help it. My little ears perk up when the orphans who watch me everyday start jabbering on about things. Which would have been fine. I know how to act surprised. But the portal that connects Papa’s cave … Continue reading Happy Easter

What’s the holdup?

Hi Readers, Last week, we traveled through a portal to my world. (This is Ran, Sarn’s son in case you forgot.) When we reached my world, we went looking for the culprits who are holding up the release of Relic Hunter.  So basically, those two people in the image above. So let’s return to that. “So would you say it’s Papa’s fault that the story is not finished yet, and it’s publication had to be pushed to May 7? These nice people would like to know.” I gestured to you, and you smiled expectantly because such smiles aways invite answers. Yan … Continue reading What’s the holdup?

Did you head the one where…

These two knights walked into the scene our scribe was working on and broke Daz. 😦 That’s an the details I’ve got right now. Our scribe is pretty bummed. She spent hours working on that scene, and it was epic. I, of course, blame the Newsletter-Dragon as is my right. After all, she *is* digital and currently trapped inside a giant book. There might have been a digital book in the scene. Maybe. You’ll have to wait and see. –Ran, son of Sarn, “the annoyed character” Continue reading Did you head the one where…

Have Sword, Will Travel

Hi everyone! Our scribe is working on two new characters in Daz. Say hello to the rough drafts of Zoya and Yan. They have swords and will travel anywhere to hunt for relics from the ancient world. Can’t wait to see how our new gel lights render. ❤ Yes, Zoya’s missing a hand. No, that doesn’t stop her from doing her job. She loves a challenge. She’ll tell you how she lost the hand when Relic Hunter drops in a few weeks. #dangerousMagic #GottaCatchThemAll #RelicHunters #fantasy (This is not the actual cover. This is our scribe, Melinda Kucsera, playing in … Continue reading Have Sword, Will Travel
