The Project: MAGIC UNDERGROUND
A trilogy of rapidly released anthologies.

GENRE: any subgenre of Fantasy
Your story must have magic in it.

Goal: Make money
Buy-in: TBD – it depends on the advertising budget (The group is still deciding this) but will be less than $100 an author.
Books will be sold as ebook and paperback

All participating authors must submit 3 interlinked stories/episodes that build on each other–one for each anthology. They will be rapidly released.
***New, fully edited material only. Your story MUST be exclusive to these anthologies while they are for sale.

Length: 5-20k words per story/episode

Stories must be PG-13 and action-packed/drama-filled
Romantic subplots are ok, but the romance should not be the focus of the story.

Timing: Stories are due first week of Jan. First anthology (Hidden Magic) goes on preorder in Feb and publishes in March 2020 followed by Wayward Magic one month later then Forgotten Magic.
All three anthologies will be unpublished when sales fall off a cliff or the advertising budget has been expended. Rights then revert back to the author to publish as they wish.
Buy-in due in December.
