Good news about Curse Breaker Trapped!

Hi Readers,

Thank you for participating in the auction last week. We raised $7000 to help indie author Lily Luchesi carry out her mother’s final wishes.

And that’s not all the good news I have this week.

Curse Breaker Trapped is done!

And by done, I mean, it has a beginning, middle, and end, and we are not allowed to make changes except to fix grammatical issues. It will publish on July 7th (unless we sort out the editing piece sooner Cross your fingers!)

Next week, we hope to have some pre-order links.

And we hope to have Curse Breaker Revealed come out the first week of August. But I’ll keep you posted on that book because it’s not finished yet. And that has to happen first.

My big reveal turned into a much bigger deal than anyone anticipated. (Maybe you already suspected that would happen?)

But you’ve been waiting for 7 books for this, so we gotta do it right. I want all the feels and lots of drama because you deserve it.

There must be an epic payoff for the wait, and there is! (That part is still under construction as I write this, but the Scribe is on it. And I’m keeping her on task.

But we took a short break to film a short (10-second) TikTok with the Scribe singing part of our new theme song! It only has a chorus right now because Melinda is not a songwriter. But she thought of another part that could be the bridge or a verse.

Nope. We are clueless. We just kept hearing how great BookTok was, so we decided to see what’s all about.

No conclusions yet, but we love the videos of what people are reading. Curious characters always want to know that! And so do Scribes. 🙂

Curse Breaker Revealed is the sequel to Curse Breaker Trapped.

We think it might come out in August. That gives us a month to squeeze in all kinds of cool stuff before we need to get serious about editing and other things.

So that’s where we are. But Curse Breaker Trapped is complete. So we are one giant step closer to publication.
