Oops. We might have goofed

(But we’re back to apologize and entertain you!) Hey Readers, Sorry about last week. We thought we sent the newsletter but then we couldn’t find it anywhere. We thought we did something wrong, and you know how much I hate asking that dragon for help. But I had no choice because the email didn’t show up in our inbox, and it wasn’t in the outbox. It wasn’t anywhere on Substack either. But I found a draft, so I sent it again, and here’s where things get strange. This is Ran, Sarn’s son from the Curse Breaker series, and I’m not … Continue reading Oops. We might have goofed

Did that dragon help?

Hi Readers, I sent this from our new host, Substack. But I had to consult our dragon to make that happen, and she helped us connect our domain that we use for email sending with our previous host, so this email should have arrived from the same email address that you’re used to getting her emails from. If it didn’t, it’s that dragon’s fault. She did something wrong. Of course, now she wants page time as payment for her work. Does she deserve it? That’s what I want to know. Who am I to ask that? Well, I’m not the … Continue reading Did that dragon help?

Merry Christmas and a Gift for the New Year!

Hi Readers Whatever you celebrated or are celebrating now, we wish you and your loved ones a very happy holiday. I wanted to give you a special holiday adventure this year, but I did the smart thing before demanding my Scribe, Melinda Kucsera, write a new one. What did I do? I looked back through all our newsletters of the past to see what other holiday adventures we’ve had, and do you know what I found? More than one unfinished holiday adventure! Well, we can’t have that, now can we? So this year, instead of a new adventure, we’ll finish … Continue reading Merry Christmas and a Gift for the New Year!

It’s nearly done

Rogue Ranger is almost done! The wait is almost over. There’s one more scene left to write, but I am revising the rest of the chapters first and posting them on Patreon first and Kindle Vella second. Also, Patrons on the Mage-in-Training tier and above will receive copies of Rogue Ranger some time in early January and members of the Lord/Lady of the Mountain tier will get a copy of that and a copy of the boxed set, Robin of Larkspur Books 1-3 (in February)! What will be inside Robin of Larkspur Books 1-3: The boxed set won’t be available … Continue reading It’s nearly done

Ripping up the Rogues

Hi Readers, I have more drama to report! This is Ran, Sarn’s son from the Curse Breaker series and the host of indie fantasy author, Melinda Kucsera’s newsletter. And now, it’s time for the drama! What happened this week? Lots of things! First off, I got no page time other than this newsletter, so that’s obviously a problem that must be corrected right now. So if I didn’t get any page time this week, then who did? This is where things get interesting. Melinda, my scribe, is working on Rogue Ranger. 29 chapters from that crazy book are posted on … Continue reading Ripping up the Rogues

We’re burning up

Hi Readers, Welcome back. This is Ran, Sarn’s son, and your usual host. I know I don’t have to say that at the beginning of every newsletter, but I like to because sometimes I’m not the host. But I am today. We have no videos this week or podcasts since there was a lot of construction next door and leaf blowing, so it was too loud to record anything. Melinda will try again next week. What have I been up to since last week? I know you’re wondering that. Well, I did get a little page time this week, but … Continue reading We’re burning up

I did a thing, and I need to tell you about it

Hi Readers! I did a thing, and I need to tell you about it! Can you guess what I did? Before you do that, let me introduce myself. I’m Ran, Sarn’s adorable son, who always has some helpful advice to dole out. I also find creative ways to convince you to beg my Scribe, Melinda Kucsera, to stop working on books for other characters and write books about me! (And Papa.) Did my intro give you any hints? Oh, it did? Am I that transparent? I guess I am. You can’t see me blushing, but I am. Okay, enough beating … Continue reading I did a thing, and I need to tell you about it
